Vegan No-Bake Energy Bites

Looking for a healthy, tasty snack on the go, try these delicious and simple Vegan No-Bake Energy Bites. Refined sugar-free and made with organic ingredients.

Mix all ingredients together, chill for 30 minutes and then roll into balls using your hands. These Energy Bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 40 g ground flax seeds
  • 60 g vegan chocolate chips
  • 130 g all natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of salt optional

Instructions

  • Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Form into balls using your hands. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
