- 100 g rolled oats
- 40 g ground flax seeds
- 60 g vegan chocolate chips
- 130 g all natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of salt optional
Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form into balls using your hands. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
