Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 40 g ground flax seeds
  • 60 g vegan chocolate chips
  • 130 g all natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of salt optional

Instructions

  • Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Form into balls using your hands. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
